Tykol aims to assist its customers by offering a flexible cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellation requests are considered if made on the same day as the order placement, before 11:59 PM. However, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
Cancellations are not accepted for digital goods such as online test links or non-physical items. However, if the online test delivered does not meet the promised quality standards, a refund or replacement may be provided upon verification.
For an issue with your access to an online test link, please report it to our Customer Service team on the same day as receipt. The issue will be addressed after verification by our team or the merchant within 2-3 business days.
If the online test provided online test does not match the description or your expectations, notify our Customer Service team within the same day of receipt. Our team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.
For online tests with technical issues, please contact our support team for assistance.
If a refund is approved by Tykol, it will be processed to the original payment method within 1-2 business days from the approval date.
